The Covid Experience

This project was more recent and hits closer to home. I myself worked in retail and have experience with quite a few customers that just don’t follow the CDC guidelines. This is a series of posters that all stem around the outbreak and current events that have unfolded in regards to Covid-19. These pieces explore the relationship between illustrations and typeface as well as current events. Finding that cohesion between the two and working off of them is quite difficult and I feel as if I was able to find a happy medium with them. These posters focus on a serious topic, but put it into more of a palatable light. All of these posters have been submitted into the UMD archives regarding the historical events of Covid-19.
